The house of the future or Futurium is a superb building that rises on a polygonal floor plan with sides of different lengths.
The building was built by the company BAM Deutschland AG, where it offers about 8,000 square meters of surface area from a total of three floors, one of which is underground. In addition to changing rooms, catering, and toilets, there is also a multi-purpose hall that can be divided into rooms from 50 to 670 square meters using mobile partition walls and variable building services.
The upper floor offers 3,200 square meters of exhibition space with a wide view to the north and south through large panoramic windows, which also give a futuristic look to the building complex.
The House of the Future is a contemporary place created around the theme of shaping the future – a forum for science and culture, politics, economy, and society.
